I have lived here for almost 3yrs and yes I have seen it gone down hill bad!!! I'm a single parent and do not feel safe anymore. Does anyone know if they are planning on hiring security here again' I do see we got a new manager but have not seen any changes yet. Yes, at one time I would say it WAS a nice place but once Cheryl left it just all went down hill from there. You have all kinds of people now moving here and not sure what kind of specials they are getting to live here but they are ghetto people moving in here. I just want security in this place again!

I'm glad someone else remembers cheryl, she was great. I hate the bellmeade. They screwed me over so bad, and they have you trapped because it's where you reside. I wish you the best of luck at that hellhole, I was a single mom there too and wouldn't walk around there after dark.

I lived here too almost two and a half years ago. I can say, without a doubt, that Cheryl was by far the absolute best property manager I have ever had the privilege to rent from. She was awesome. When we had someone climb on our balcony to steal things from us, she stayed on the phone with me until the police arrived. She was awesome!!!
