I am in customer service, and I know from experience that people only write reviews when they have complaints.
I have lived at the Bellmeade for 4 months and I have found that the management is helpful and cares a lot about the people here. They stay late when I ask them, so that I can pick up my packages. They know my dog by name and always stop to pet him. They always ask about job and seem to remember setails about me...I even had a little banner over my door for my birthday. Little things like this make me feel at home. The parking is a little cramped at night, so I got a carport for $25, money well spent!
The apartments inside are nice and all my stuff fit, which I thought it wouldnt.
I hope my review helps shed a different light on the Bellmeade staff. I think they got a bad rap.
