I have lived here since October 2008 and I have not 1 complaint. I am always able to find a parking spot and they keep the grounds very nice. When I moved in, my apartment was in excellent shape (new paint, carpet, and etc.)! I have always dealt with Amanda in the leasing office and she has always been very nice and personable. Hopefully now I won't jinx myself, but I would recommend The Bellmeade to my friends.

i live here now and happen to like it as well. unfortunately i found out that mngmt companies will be changing hands as of 9/1/09. so we shall see how things go from here

Our lease is up in October and unfortunately we will not be re-newing our lease. We are have a baby thats due any day now and we were looking to upgrade to a 2 bedroom, but the office staff do not offer any upgrade specials. So if you are ever wanting to upgrade dont waste your time going in there and talking to them. They will offer you the same price as if a stranger were to walk in. Its a shame, because we really like it here.
