When we first moved in we were impressed by the landscaping, nice appearance of the place. However, now the property has been sold and is going downhill fast. For instance:
The office accepts packages but does not let you know there is a package there; it could sit for weeks and they wouldn't tell you. Also, they let anyone come in and pick up packages without verifying who they are and what package they are getting.
They are renovating and doing a half-ass job.
The pool was resurfaced and then they put the water in without cleaning the dust/dirt in the bottom, so now the water is dirty and all around the bottom of the pool/hottub is the concrete dust, etc. from the resurfacing.
They are repainting, but put on primer over a month ago and have not come back to finish the job.
They tell you there is a security guard on duty at night, but I have seen him once in a year.
Rules are not enforced. Even the groundskeeping has gone down. The office staff acts friendly, but could care less about the place. The old manager who had been here over 10 years left.
Generally, quiet environment. Walls are pretty thick for an apartment. Good location in West U. Older apartments. Definitely not luxury though. Overpriced for what you don't get (no new appliances or niceties like in the newer apartment complexes).
Have to use TVMax for cable and internet which is not a great company.
Overall, unless you need to live in this location and want to pay overpriced rent, then I would not recommend it. We will not renew our lease.
