Have lived here one year and will continue to do so because it's cheaper than larger duplex and has a beautiful pool and spa that we use all the time. Last year we saw 20 apartment complexes and this was best value (after $350 off price); in the end it has good population, location, efficient maintainance. The appliances/cabinetry are a bit old. We have stopped using the dish washer because it was not efficient at all. We had to put everything perfectly clean in the first place. The A/C makes a lot of noise. Electricity turns out to be very expensive ($230 at summer months and we keep it to 76o during the day and 85o during the night). Changed management and the new lady running it is never available. Maintenance still efficient: everything is fixed same day!
