Ever since the property manager changed everything has gone downhill.

They told us only small dogs, now we see labs and bigger.

They painted the stairwells, halls, etc. and did such a poor job because they painted over the sides of the doors. In fact, they painted our balcony doors shut. We had to get maintenance to come back to fix.

Grounds are not maintained anymore. They renovated the pool and left all of the concrete dust, etc. in it.

Parking is horrible. The spaces are small and you have to park far away from your apartment. Carrying groceries is a major ordeal.

You probably hate dogs because you're afraid of them. Maybe you should get a dog like a German Shepherd or a Bassett Hound. Both are very loyal and smart. Plus, I like the big dogs because it's better security. Also, you should be glad they painted your door shut. That way, if someone tries to break in, you've got more security. I think you should be grateful that we even have a pool. My last apartments only blowed up one of those Wal-Mart pools from June to August for us. What a drag! You could barely dive in it. Also, I like my parking space being small because I have a '92 Dodge Neon hatchback and it is the perfect size for me to park and crawl out the hatch like a spaceman! Also, I like walking to my apartment because it's good exercise. And sometimes when it gets dark and I get scared I can run and that's even GOODER exercise.

agree with everything- walls of the apt are made of papier mache! you can hear and know too much of all the stuff you really don'r want to know that your teeny bopper neighbors do- every weekend is dismal here with the noise of inconsiderate neighbors who throw parties and loud music and don't care about families with babies.
