I had great expectations, but they were quickly dashed. The office staff is terrible. The older woman was nasty and snotty; not helpful at all. They never notified me when I received a package at the office. They actually misplaced 2 of my packages but eventually "found" them. The newer office staff member is nicer but not very knowledgable and doesn't have any support from the others. The manager is terrible; she would not even return my calls. The maintenance staff is great but its not enough to overcome the terrible office staff. One of my neighbors was robbed and they never notified the rest of us. The police said they thought it was an inside job since there weren't any signs of a breakin. We watched all of the good neighbors moved and then when our lease was up - got out and never looked back ! Save your money and rent elsewhere.

I have lived at the belmont for 6 years and I can verify that the office staff are indeed terrible. "Kitty" (the older woman) is one of hte biggest ------- I have ever met. Once I was sent a perishable gift and they locked it in their closet and never informed me that it had arrived. When I complained upon receiving the ruined gift, they said that they "simply sign for the packages" without actually seeing the packages. (If that's the case, what does the 'signature' actually mean??? NOTHING - You bimbos. The delivery clerk could bring zero packages and the ------- whores would still sign for them, saying they were 'received'. Idiots. Hopefully they only make 5 bucks/hour.

The older lady is indeed a -----. She doesnt even know how to talk to people. Its like she is always pissed off about everything.
