I have lived at the Belmont for 11 months now. I have a one bedroom apartment on the third story and have really enjoyed living here for the most part. Here are the pros:
1. The staff in the office are very nice and helpful
2. I have always felt safe living here
3. The noise level in my apartment is almost nil. The walls seem very good.
4. The neighborhood is very nice to go for a walk in.
5. The apartments are nice.
6. Covered parking
The cons:
1. The apartments are small. I have 2 cats and there is no place to put my litter box that is not in my living space. Im very sick of stepping on litter!
2. The covered parking is a bit away from my apartment and I usually have to walk through the rain to get to my car.
3. The guest parking is really limited.
4. The exercise room is small and feels a bit cramped.
5. The pool is always crowded with rowdy, noisy children.
6. The kitchens are not updated (no stainless steel, no granite countertops).
Overall, I have enjoyed living here but I can not take the size of my apartment anymore. For what I pay I feel like it should be a bit bigger. Actually, Im planning on moving to an apartment that has 249 more square feet for only $50 more in the same area. Overall, if you are not dealing with pets in this place, then it is a very nice place, but if you have cats, look elsewhere. There is no place to put the litter box!
