moved in aug 2009 and have not had any problems thus far. always enough parking, right next door to HEB and a short drive to the village. staff has always responded quickly. some construction going on that is a little inconvenient but not a big deal. the most annoying thing is maintenance using the leaf blowers for what seems like every day. security is not an issue, it has been a surprisingly good experience for my first time to live in an apartment complex thus far.

as a side note, the apartments aren't furnished high-end. just enough to get you by..gets the job done. well worth the trade off in safety, convenience and peace and quiet for me.
