The office staff is a pain to deal with. Management is always changing. Repairs take a long time to get done. The plumbing is horrible. It's always back up and overflowing onto the grass and into the parking lot. At times it smells like a sewer. I like the fact that the units are huge, but it's not worth living there. Kids can't play in front of their homes, because of the sewage and the dog poop all over. The office personnel is very rude, uncaring, and not helpful at all. I don't think this complex is worth the hassle. I've talked to other residents and they're also very displeased.
