Just Left This Hell Hole

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I was only there for a 1 yr lease and the Management changed 3 times. On the day of my move in, the apartment was not even ready. There were hole in the walls and the hallway outside the apartment smelled like piss.
How they get you is the $99 total move in. The rooms are large and they've added neutral paint on the walls, but that's about it. Being that there is an HISD school across the street make's it even worst. Move Elsewhere if possible.
