The flooplans are big but thats the only thing positive about this place. Its like THE GHETTO..THUG LAND...whatever you wanna call it. I always hear loud noises at night, wierd characters hanging out in the parking lot, drunk people hanging around doing nothing and since its close to a school, loud, obnoxious kids screaming their heads off at all hours. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. My baby often wakes up due to noises in the parking lot. My brother got his car stolen from this place once and someone else I know got a CD player taken from his car. Im scared to leave my place at night! The plumbing is awful, sewer always overflowing. Maintenance is even worse (if they have such a thing). The wires to our dish network have been cut twice by strangers.
The apartements themselves are not even that nice, dirty and grimey. Broken beer bottles and trash all over the parklng lot.
My list can go on and on...

In a nutshell, if you care about your safety dont live here. The floorplan is not worth it. If you care about living in a clean place, dont live here. If you care about not stepping in sewer dont live here.

Bottom line: dont live here!!!!
