The best thing about this complex is it's location and proximity to a good elementary school. Otherwise it's thumbs down. This place might be satisfactory for those residence who are use to sub-standard accomidations.

The property is very old and ugly!!!
The concrete and covered parking look terrible. Sheet Metal is old and rusty.
People hang outside and sell drugs.
No security patrol, just HPD when they are called.
No comcast cable, just some sorry TV MAX or Satellite.
Consistant spray paint and vandalism from a local gang called "SUR"
Only Living Room is cable ready. Must pay extra to have cable in rooms.

Only sign lease if YOU ARE COMPLETELY SURE you want to be here. There is no escape clause.

...On a positive note...the management is fairly nice. If you want something done, see Melisa or Rachael. They both respond right away which is appreciative. However, if you go through Grace, things seem to take longer. It is what it is.
