This place was a great place to live, but ever since there were changes in the staff everything started to slowly go downhill. I absolutely HATE talking to the front office staff. They are friendly enough but you get that feeling that they will stab you in the back. Maintenace takes forever to fix something and much more longer to even come out and look at something. My bathroom sink and kitchen sink have been needing maintenance for 6months now and nothing. Also when I resigned my lease for the 2nd year they promised they would shampoo my carpet but they never came through. Outside was always poorly maintained but enough to a point where it's passable. After the hurricane they are constantly improving by the day. Parking is never really an issue but the parking covers have had holes in them ever since i 1st moved in. My neighbors were once broken into and a friend of mine was once held at gun point during the Christmas season last year.

During the day the apartments are fine. Kids are playing outside and everyone is nice. At night it's best to stay indoors. If you are constantly catious and don't mess with anybody these are not a bad place to be. The rent is affordable and the rooms themselves are spacious and clean. I would recommend these to singles or a couple. Maybe not a couple with children.
