First and foremost leasing office employees don't care anything about tenants. My apartment was flooded out every room in my house except for master bedroom was soaking wet with toilet water. The pipe bursted in the toilet while I wasn't at home. This wasn't the 1st time it happened. I called maintenance supposedly they came to fix it and within weeks it happened again. Leasing office did not accomodate me and put me into another apartment or even offered me to pay half my rent. It took them almost 3 weeks to do nothing. In result of my apartment being flooded mold occured. Secondally you can't enjoy a day off because all day and night there are people hanging outside on their cars with extremely loud music that dont even live the complex. Management places letters on doors and ask for tenants not to do that, but they do nothing when you report who are hanging on their cars. Please watch your back when walking to mailbox and going into your home at night.
