I've lived here for almost three years, because no one else would accept me with my lack of 'credit'. Noise is every day, kids everywhere breaking windows (which YOU are supposed to pay for), people sitting on stairs, cars, huge groups of teenagers roaming around. If I didn't know better, I'd say the complex was under attack by 12th century Vikings. I can't watch a basketball game anymore - thanks to these retarded kids bouncing their balls nearly every day, I can't stand the sound. Repeated strong complaints in writing do nothing to solve these problems, or most others. You can't blame the staff; who would want to deal with these people for less than 10 dollars an hour' My car has had windows broken, and mud smeared on it when I tried to talk(calmly)to the endless swarm of undisciplined kids, and their parents. Robberies are shrugged off with a smug 'your safety is your responsibility', and nothing is done to curb the tide of scum that moves in and takes over. There are some good residents in the complex, but I think the staff really doesn't care at all about the quality of life here. If the staff reads this , I'm sorry about the negative review, I know you can't do anything to evict Section 8 scumbags, but I won't lie about the terrible experience I've had here. And I lived in a 20-foot trailer for the first ten years of my life... Please address these issues, and I will write a new review accordingly.
