Water Not Hot enough From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I have only been here since Nov. 2003 and I still have problems with the water. It gets hot enough sometimes to take a bath, but I will never take a shower because it would be too warm or too cold. Roaches are a problem. I did get them to spray and it helped some. We are very clean and tidy but that doesn't seem to mean a thing to the roaches. Loud music is a small problem for me. I live towards the front which I do believe that helps a lot. Across the way they are really loud and always hanging out late at night. The shoes hanging on the power line let me know drugs are being sold their. I didn't notice it before, but someone brought it to my attention. I will probably move from here when my lease is up and I will make sure to check ratings from now on. Overall I feel a little safe and the apartments are big for the money (but I don't think they are worth that much for the service and safeness.
