cheap rent because its the GHETTO From: theena Date posted: 5/18/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   this place was seriously scary. the place is GIGANTIC and there are always a million little kids running around un-supervised in the streets. at night people would congregate in the park and have loud parties. our ac wasnt working well and we found a porno in our air vent!!! our neighbors car was broken into. the gates never worked. there were 2 fires in the span of 6 months, and thats when we moved out!
