bentworth closing From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   This slum was sold by Flagship properties (ceo is David Mincberg who has been appointed by Mayor White to develop low cost housing in Houston) So now it is being rehabbed by Abbey Residential, and will supposedly be much better. We will see. As long as slumlords and profiteers have control over our neighborhood quality, we will be treated dismissively and have no peace in our homes.
