I have lived in these apts. for abou t6 years now. I have seen the mgmt change about 8 times now. Rude people to work with. Lately, things do not get fixed in a timely manner. They cannot fix anything in the apt. but yet they are remodeling the leasing office. The mold in the bathroom comes and goes. All they do is paint over it. The dishwasher is constantly breaking and the disposal smells. I don't think they look into who they rent to. The neighbors that I have deal drugs and beating up on each other every other day. I have called the police several times but because the other party does not file a complaint there is nothing the police can do about it. I have advised the mgmt office and all they do is laugh. When I call to make a work order, their answer is always "I s there anything else" but in a sarcastic tone. I'm afraid to say anything else for the fear that they will raise my rent again. I stay here because it is close to my childrens school and I hate moving.
