So-So From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/28/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   For starters! I wouldn't recommend this place. Roach problems continuesly abound, mainly due to the maintenance people using an apartment room for storage near our room. Takes months for maintenance to get thangs done. Parking is pathetic, due to the 25 dollar a month for cover parking. Landcaping is terrible except the trees that have been there before the complex was built. Water changes from Hot!! to Cold!! often when taking showers. Complex is to old and is not kept up like it should be.
