Nightmare on Westpark Dr From: zandn@alltel.net Date posted: 9/22/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   This is one of the worst apartment complexes I have EVER seen and certainly the worst that I have lived in. Let me explain: We moved into a townhome...an overpriced piece of crap (paint was chipping off, the ac did not work upstairs, the cabienets were off center and would not close, there were FLEAS AND ROACHES, and our door would not lock). So we told the office about this and they told us that they would move us free of charge into another apt right behind the office. We got all ready to move (packed and everything)and then they told us that we needed to resign a lease (which would add an extra 3 months to our stay with them!). When I refused to resign and add time bc no one had mentioned this before they said I would have to pay them for the repairs, maintenence, and everything they paid to have done to the apt to get it ready for us to move in. Long story short there we ahd to resign the lease and lived there until Feb (our lease was not over until April 30, 2004). We found other apts (Camden) and moved in there. We did not have to pay for two months there bc of a special they were having so we paid for March and April at Antilles. Now they are trying to get us to pay a lease breaking fee bc we moved out before our lease was up, even though we paid for the mnonths we were not there. I reported them to the better business bureau and AM NOT PAYING ANYTHING ELSE! While I was there there were shootings in the parking lot and laundry room. Cars were constently broken into. IF YOU LIKE TO HAVE A NICE SIMPLE AND SAFE LIFE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL ON EARTH!!!!! It is full of criminals and drug dealers. I used to live there, please believe me!!!!
