We have been living here since Dec '04 and both our cars have been vandalized. Car 1 had all 4 tires slashed when the gate was broken for 1.5 week and everybody could just walk in and out and car 2 had the soft top slashed recently (both cars were parked in front of our apartment). Together the repairs were almost $4000 (the insurance paid for it but the 2x$500 deductable had to come out of our own pockets). The new manager Ms. Smith always has been polite to us and is trying to clean up the place and says that gated access by card will be installed asap but we do not feel safe here anymore. Not only our cars, but also other peoples cars have been vandalized (more slased tires, spinning rim plates stolen etc) and last week someone though it was funny to pour white paint all over and in the washing machines... the misery just does't seem to end. The power was down at least 5 times during the last 6 months and tg during the last power failure (last Monday) a cop patrolled around the apartments to make sure nothing happened. It just sucks that others mess up the place because the apartments and maintenance are ok.

true that, I've been there about 3-yrs now, the management crew has never been good, they make promises and don't keep them. The community for children is not safe. We pay for the gym and that's locked up half the time, the power in the area sucks, the maintenance men are drunk when they're on duty, they half way speak english, Mrs. Smith is rude and she needs Jesus. Get rid of these people. Even under the covered parking people are getting thier cars messed up, what kind of security does a person really have here?
