The management lies and cheats to get your business, and we fell for it. My husband and I were desperate to find a new place to live after we found out that there were criminals living in our old place, not to mention millipedes, etc...

but this place is NO BETTER, just MORE OF A RIP OFF

None of the windows are square. They advertised hardwood floors, but they are fake linoleum. Painting jobs inside and out are shotty, and there are roaches galore and squeaky floors...nails coming up from under the carpet, etc.

we've had a roach problem from the day we moved in. They are INSIDE ROACHES and are an INFESTATION but the office ignored all of our complaints. We had to force them to make any action, and still...it's terrible. we're counting down the days til we move out in March.

Parking is rediculous. It's basically non-existant. A lot of the people who live here are loud, and there is always loud music, fights, and I'm surprised nothing has happened to our cars. We cant wait to get out

We feel your pain, we also could not wait to get out after both our cars got vandalised. Seems like nothing has changed since 2005. We moved to Trafalgar West on 2900 Briarhurst, check it out if you're looking for a new place, we love it here.

thanks for the heads up on Trafalgar West. the Manager and Asst. Managers are about to get FIRED from what I hear so... we'll see who gets the last word
