During the daytime it looks all right. Night time, it's HORRIBLE! They have THUGS look-a-like everywhere. There is crime. When I'm driving down the street (especially down Woodchase) BE SURE TO LOCK YOUR DOORS. Never mind, not just down Woodchase but every street. I didn't know about this site until after we moved in and OMG! this is nasty!
As for the Management office... no one is ever around when I walk in and when there is, it TAKES FOREVER. It's not like the phone is ringing or other people are around so what's up'! There was this lady, she said she was the ASST. MGR. Lady was RUDE! I almost SLAPPED her. Where do they find these employees' Can they even READ'
Now let's talk about the apartment. Never a parking space! Again, it was during the day when I saw the place so of course everyone was at work. Someone once told me to check out the cars at the residence and you will see what kind of people lives there. GHETTO! and THUGS! I make sure I bring my kids to school and pick them up everyday! The apt itself is okay. Until after 2 weeks moving in... the ROACHES! We have had multiple request for pest control. This place is too infested. It going to take a majore BOMB to kill the roaches. Not requesting whenever we need it. Trash is all over the back parking lot! I can't believe I am here! Do they just approve anyone. I feel like I live in Harlem!

I totally agree. We succeeded in getting out early with a early lease termination form because we documented our roach infestation and the office's lack of attention to it. We have never been happier to be out of a place! This really is a terrible place to live, and I hope you get out as soon as you can! Definitely go and file a complaint with the Houston Apartment Association. They can help you.
