Like many of the other reviews written here, I don't even know where to begin. Everything looks great here in the day time but completely changes at night. The management and maintenance staff are incompetent, it's noisy, and there is absolutely no where to park. If you do find a parking place, cross your fingers that it isn't in a flood zone that will have you stomping in water to get to your car, as the parking lot floods when it rains.

The worst thing is that they are in bed with a local cable company and will not let you have a satellite dish. They do not hold their end of the lease agreement (which I am actively fighting) and play favorites to tenants that have been here for longer periods of time.

Additionally, the water is bad and you may have an infest problem when living here. I have lived here right at two months and feel as if I live in the management office more so than my own apartment.

Whatever you do, DO NOT MOVE HERE!
