Unhappy with maintenance

I moved here sight unseen after a friend's recommendation. Well, it wasn't until after a couple of months that I started to see a lot of issues with both staff and residents. The maintenance crew for a lack of better word have been ignorant and it has gotten worse. I had electricity issues over the last two months on two separate occasions where the electricity had gone out to part of the apartment but not the other. This was something related to the outside electrical boxes. The first time it was taken care of fairly quickly and I was without power to most of my apartment except the kitchen for two hours. The second time was this weekend and I lost electricity from my fridge, AC, and most of the second floor for well over 18 hours. The leasing woman had just looked overworked and had a bad attitude that morning, and told me simply she would get someone out to me "today". Not now, "today". It would be another 5 hours until I had everything up and running and the maintenance person told me that I should contact the electric company for them to look over their box and that I would probably be charged a fee for that.
Oh, the place has changed management companies and is now known as Legacy at Westchase. Buyer beware! I will not be re-upping my lease when it comes up.
