I been living here for almost a year and my experience has been awful CAN'T WAIT UNTIL i GET OUT OF HERE The apartments are good looking but the management is poor staff is poor too. First of all It's always hard to find parking space. I had to call about 6 times for them to fix my kitchen cabinet because it kept on falling off all the time htye prob use cheap tools. When hurricane Ike came they couldn't help me getting an extension to pay my rent because I didn't work for 3 days so they said they were still going to charge me a late fee if I paid after the 3rd. Also if you don't have the water bill along with the rent is gue they won't take the rent payment and if you are late they charge you a 50.00 late fee plus 10 everyday it's late ,that's riduculous. If you don't pay the water bill they keep on leaving you late notices letters on your door and if you don't pay the water bill within 3 days of when the water is due they are going to evict you. Yep they are not playing when bills need to be due. Their swimming pool sucks is boring, their gym is small. The only reason I came here is because they help mt getting in an apartmet because I had bad credit history and the location. But I can look somewhere else better. Overall I don't recommend this apartment for you.
