I MOVED INTO BEVERLY WILSHIRE JUNE 12TH AND IT HAS BEEN A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. THE OFFICE STAFF IS JUST AWSOME, VERY HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL AND THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS HERE. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL. WHEN I PUT AN A WORK-ORDER REQUEST, IT IS TAKEN CARE OF THE SAME DAY OR THE FOLLOWING DAY. THE COMPLEX IS REALLY CLEAN & NICE, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY I FEEL SAFE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE THAT IS SEEKING AN APARTMENT ON THIS SIDE OF TOWN.

Pros: Almost completely renovated. Maintenance is nice, efficient and does the job. Any issues gets dealt with fairly promptly. The property manager is some fat dude who nobody cares for luckily the rest of the staff is pretty cool. This is the best complex by far on this side of town. Crime is not as bad as some think. I've lived here for five years once somebody tried to steal my truck but the alarm went off. They didn't get it and my dog nearly killed the idiot. That happens in any apartment. My brother witnessed a murder in literally the nicest apartment in the Woodlands in the parking lot. Cons: The landscaping needs to improve it is far from "lush" as the property claims. They should have a security guard or have the cops come around more...They have an issue with small dogs on balconies. One in particular barks all hours of the day and night and the staff has done nothing. Mutiple complaints and no response. No issues with large dogs or cats, just small dogs. Staff organization (not losing important documents) is improving STILL needs more improvement. Overall the second best experience in apartments ever. Next to only the brand new upscale place i came from but way cheaper.

That stupid little curly white dog!!!I know the one your talkinga bout haha. If i ever see that spoiled brats owner! I wanted a small dog for a while but i got a cat, he's quiet and doesn't ---- and poop everywhere. I'm an animal person but that is ridiculous!!! That dog barks at the wind and those owners don't wanna hear it so they leave it on the patio!! Grrr
