The apartment management staff is always friendly and helpful and very accommodating to your needs and availability. They try to be helpful whenever they can. The apartment was extremely clean when I moved in and freshly painted. The landscaping is very pretty around the office and pool area and the rest of the property is very manicured, weed free and watered when necessary. The residents are very friendly and I especially like the residents with pets because I have a dog that enjoys playing with his new dog friends when they walk by our apartment. The mailbox area is very clean and the lights are always working. I feel very safe when I am outside of my apartment and have never noticed any suspicious visitors or residents. It seems like most of the residents are professional and drive well kept automobiles. There are children who are well behaved and friendly and the demographic of the residents is multi-cultural which is refreshing.
