Its funny how the othe person was complaining but lived at this complex for 3 years... obviously it had something keeping them there... or maybe she was waiting to get married when she could afford one of those nicer places she spoke about. I have lived at the Biscayne for 6 months now and I haven't had any problems so far. I have had maintenance issues with my dishwasher and kithen sink but they come either the same day I call or the next day... I've never experienced a problem with the maintenance. I only pay 368.00 a month and its definitely worth it... thats CHEAP! I haven't had a problem with my car and I haven't known of any cars around me to get broken into. I always see the security officers riding around the complex. I've come home at 3am and a secutiy officer was riding around... I've come home at 10p and security was riding around... I guess it depends on what you want and what you like. If you want good prices, a nice apt and good nieghbors- its the place for you. I've lived in Cypress Texas and paid three times the amount for a 1bdrm and I had horrible nieghbors, horrible maintenance and the office staff was careless. It truly is about who you are- if you feel like a little princess and people should wait on you hand and foot you will never be happy in an apartment- you need to be at assisted living- if you are looking for a nice apartment at great rates - this is the place for you... and remember, MANY "so called" good areas have really, really bad crime and a snoby office staff- just think about it
