Sure they are all talk and smiles and want you to move in... but once you're here... it's all lip service after that! Been a resident for a while and the maintenance is just awful! Plan on waiting 2 or 3 days to get something fixed here! They jack the price of the rent up every year and the water too! But the service you get for your rental dollar goes way down! And if you complain they tell you 'Don't like it'' MOVE!!'
Plus there's a gang problem there and speeding card thru the village. At least 3 hit and runs reported in the past year and who pays to get your car fixed after it's hit like this'' YOU!!
Oh yeah. The supposedly landscaping they do' They use their 'own' and the majority if not all of the 'landscapers' dont speak English! Wouldnt be surprised if they are illegal immigrannts!! Someone needs to report them to I C E !!!
My advice...
PASS THIS PLACE OVER QUICK!

i'v been at this community for 18 yrs. i would think that the person who wote this must have been in some kind of trouble with the property. because i know that blue bell will tell people who can't live by the rules that if they do not like the rules, maybe they should move. the management of blue bell have many famlies that have been here a very long time and i for one am glad that they do not put up wth trouble makers.

What a crab! My husband and I, along with our three daughters, just moved here. This is a lovely community, perfect for young families who want and need the convenience of a house without committing to a mortgage yet. Our unit is very spacious, and the neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe. And I agree with the previous response, Blue Bell does not put up with trouble makers. This is what makes this rental community a cut above. Best place I have ever lived in so far, and so AFFORDABLE!
