Boardwalk

Nicest in the neighborhood! From: Tracyarts Date posted: 6/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004   I am going on five years as a resident of The Boardwalk, and I have to say that even though the neighborhood it is located in is on the downslide, the quality of living here keeps me from moving away. The staff is friendly and attentive, the grounds are pretty, quiet, clean, and well kept. The apartment floorplans are great and offer things like large double walk in closets, and large vanity/dressing table built-ins in the master bath area. Parking is tight, it's really a small property. More like a condo complex than apartments. The price is high, but as I said in the title, it really is the nicest place in the neighborhood.
