Excellent location, nice stuff... but... From: MyleenS Date posted: 1/17/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   Great location for people who want to be near the heartbeat of Houston (Rice Village), pretty exteriors and the staff is very friendly. However, the building is cheaply constructed, the appliances are the low end and pool/workout room tiny. For the price we pay (around 1200 for a 2 bdrm) you would expect a bit more quality. Parking is also crowded, so I would recommend a rented space.
