Great Apartment Complex, Great location, Great staff.

I think the Boulevard Apts is as close to being the perfect apartment complex as you can find. The location is in one of the best parts of Houston (Rice Village, West U, Montrose area), the staff has been there for many years and is great, the grounds are well maintained, and the neighbors are friendly.
I lived at the Boulevard twice during the past 5 years (moved to a fancy brand new downtown super expensive loft for a while and then moved back). I enjoyed the Boulevard because it is a small apartment community and therefore requires a small management team which you get to know personally, especially since they have been there a long time.
Also the location is excellent. Within walking distance you have some of the most exclusive shops, bars, restaurants and neighborhoods in the city.
1. Rice Village.
2. Rice University.
3. Shepherd, West Alabama, Richmond areas.
4. Montrose.
5. West University.
6. multi million dollar homes.
I could go on but you get the idea.
Also, the community gets a nice cross section of clients. Rice University students (very well behaved - tough academic school), young professionals, and people who have lived there for many years because they really like the apt, the area, and the management team.
Anyway, I know this sounds like a made up testimony but it is not.
