This apartment complex has a very good location; safe neighborhood, relatively quiet, and the complex is small.
However, if you don't want to hear/make complaints about every single noise, I suggest you find another apartment. The build of the apartments is rather shoddy, however, looks nice. The insulation isn't very good so plan on spending quite a bit on the electric bill. Also, you can hear everything from footsteps above to baby cries below, plus if you live in the building next to the car dealership, you can hear the delivery trucks at 4 am. Good morning!
Also, read your lease carefully, they allow maintenance to enter at any time without notice. Ladies, lets just hope that you aren't home alone in the shower!
I would not reccommend this apartment complex due to the previously listed reasons as well as a couple more.
