Boulevard Apartments

LOVED IT !!! From: happyfor4 Date posted: 12/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   I lived at the Boulevard for approx. 4 years and loved it! The office staff is really great in helping with so many things that one doesn't think of until an emergency, and they're always happy to assist. This includes their facilities manager - onsite, the grounds are attractively landscaped, with a nonstop schedule of services he maintains and taking care of any special requests with a smile. The pool is a true escape for those who don't want to feel pressured in their "at home" atmosphere. The two other draws to this property are equally important. First, location, location, location. 3mins. from downtown w/o the trash...just around the corner is 59&610 so ez access, and then the shops at Rice Village or the Med Center are reached by backroads; 24hr groceries, banks, Bally's & others, are soo convenient. Secondly, it is the best floor plan for rommate privacy. Its not soo easy to find both BDRMs split by open kitchen, and each a full bath. Any time of morning, day, or wee hours of the morning, I felt safe, happy, and really home. As a young professoinal, this was highly valued.
