The Boulevard is wonderful. If you work at Rice, in midtown, or the medical center this is a great place. On a quiet street right in the heart of Upper Kirby. 610 in the distance but traffic is only white noise. I lived in a rear unit and had no noise issues. I upgraded twice during my long stay there 7 years). If I were still in the area, I would still be living there.
Clean, well kept, quiet. Mostly young professionals and a few graduate students/interns from the med center. Safe. Good value for the money.
Management - Jennifer Ruiz, and Maintenance Luis were both exceptional. Be sure to meet them when you tour the place. They will be your family away from home.
Complex was 5 buildings - around 150 apartments. Not too large in size. I always felt safe.
