I lived here for almost 10 years, when I came it was wonderful and just continued to get bad. The office staff was not at all familiar with ADA laws, they broke a major law and lied about it.

There are newer apartments with updated appliances which make you utilities bills lower. When at Braesridge I was paying over $100, since I moved to a newer complex my utility bill is $30, a big difference.

Some of the newer senior apartments also provide you with a washer and dryer.
