Great Place to Live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004   I agree with the other positive reviews I have read. I have lived here for nearly 5 years, and I have to move out of town soon, and dread trying to find a place as spacious and economical as this. I have been a grad student my entire time here, and it is soooo quiet and peaceful. Very diverse community; staff has always been friendly; maintenance always well done. I would heartily recommend this apt--it is close to Rice Univ, Medical Center; wonderful location.
