New Management (non-archstone) Is RUDE and the Service is Horrid... From: 80305@student.hhs.se Date posted: 4/14/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Archstone just sold this apartment complex to a new firm. The service and treatment by Archstone-Smith was excellent, however the new landlords have lied to friends of mine and refuse to make basic repairs to apartment units. What is needed here is a tenant union in order to get results from the new management. I know many people that are planning on leaving the complex after their current lease expires.
