Never Been Better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   I'm not sure what property some of these people are talking about. I have been inconvenienced with parking and noise during the day but it's been worth it. I would much rather put up with a little inconvenience for a short while, rather than have a management company that let's the property rot away. I have seen several similar-aged properties in the area that I would be embarrassed to live at. I have always had any concerns responded to quickly by the maintenance and management people. The manager even stopped me on the way to the dumpster one day to offer to carry my garbage the rest of the way since he saw I was in a hurry. I can deal with the improvements as long as I know I'm taken care of.
