I decided to not rent here because the building is too old. It was built in 1983 and the rental units are showing their age. I went to Serento Condos on Dorrington and I found a much better deal. Serento was built in 2008 and it has really great furnishings: stainless appliances, wood floors, bronze lights, granite, and a really cool sink that is above the granite counter in the master bath. The units vary in cost from $1400 to $2500 depending on the incentive. I would definitely make Serento a stop before you lease at any other location.

Hi there, have you moved into Serento yet? How do you find it? I'm interested in Serento too but couldn't find any review comments on it.
