From: strobl23@hotmail.com Date posted: 11/4/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   When you take into consideration that square footage, and the price you pay, the place is EXCELLENT! The buildings are a little older than some of your posh new apartments, but the units that have been redone are very nice. Big dogs are welcome, which is rare in that area, and there are a lot of serious students from Rice, Med Center employees, and many of our neighbors stick around simply because they like the place, even though they could afford a much more expensive one. It's just a great deal.
