My husband and I have lived here for two years and the first year was ok until Ike hit. It took forever to get maintence to our apartment, come to find out that maintence had quit and we had deal with our own issues (which we did)! Anyway we resigned our lease because we had to for personal reasons and a few months later new management came in. Almost instantly things began to change. I am glad lizette stayed with us in addition to the new management and maintanence staff. I put in an request a within three hours the maintenece man was in my bathroom fixing the problem. New actiivies weekly has really brought the community together. I love the things that are happening with this apartment complex, I feel at home and safer then I have in the past. While we do plan to move into a home in the near future, we will be living at the breakers at windmill lakes until we do!
