All Talk No Action by Breckenridge From: rpbfinancial Date posted: 6/15/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I was first told I could have a month to month lease paying an extra $100.00 per month which was fine. Upon signing for the lease they changed it to 3 months with a 30 days notice to move out. They have hundreds of roaches in the apartment and old high electric bill Air Conditioners. Said there is Security Guards but none seen and gates left unlocked and open. I asked for a copy of my lease 5 weeks ago and none has been received yet. Asked to have apartment sprayed for roaches, no one has come yet. High unexplainable electric bill also. Find another place to rent!
