I decided to live here because of price and 15 minute commute to downtown. Within my first month as a resident, people complained on me because they could hear me walking around in my 2nd floor apartment. The leasing manager at the time accused me of trying to disturb others, but in all honesty, the sub-floors were extremely thin and there was no padding underneath the carpet. I had lease violations placed on me and then was told I could be evicted if I received another. I never was, but that threat made me feel unappreciated as a resident who always paid rent on time and just kept to myself. While I lived there, there was a shooting, multiple robberies, a fire and multiple police cruisers responding to gunshots. From the street, the grounds look OK, but the parking lots are unkept and constantly littered. The staff was only helpful when I was paying them - it took over two weeks for a response for a toilet that wasn't filling with water. I purchased a car alarm because I didn't trust the parking safety. Thate code was known by everyone and there were no security cameras.
If you have a choice, do not live ANYWHERE owned by Cityview properties. That whole area is a risky place to live and to raise a family in. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
