I moved here in December of 2007. I liked the location, close to family and my sons daycare and it was moderatly priced. When i viewed the apartment it had just been vacated and it was a little rough the manager promised to have it fixed up by the time we moved it. Well they did replace the carpet and paint but that was all. There were roaches everywhere. I told them about this a few days later and they promised to come spray, which they did about a month later (or so they claim) and yet we still had roaches. I did everything possible to kill those suckers and they refused to die. On top of this none of the maintenance men speak english. They don't come when you leave messages and Jo the manager is one of the rudest ladies I have ever dealt with in my entire life. On top of that there are gangs of children everywhere, not just a few, tons and tons and they are loud and unsupervised at all times. To add a cherry during ike one of my windows cracked, I reported it to maintenance and then when I moved out they took it out of my deposit. I argued but they had "no record" of my call. I moved out in December and i didn't receive my deposit back until July!!! They actually tried to report that I owed them and had a collection agency calling me when they owed me money!!! I had to call the corporate office to make Jo follow through. PLEASE PLEASE think twice before moving here!!!

I have just move to Breckenridge been here for 6mo .I had issue with my dish washer they came back and look at my dishwasher .Yes they replace my dishwaher with a new and plus ask if I could gte tile in my main entrance I have .And if come to Breckenridge and enjoy the events we have .You will say Welcome to Home. 3216

well i dont know... some kids threw a rock or something through my window and the maintenence people came and fixed it right away. and when i got robbed on the other side of town they came immediatly and changed my locks to prevent the people who robbed me from being able to break in and rob my home as well. as for the roach problem, i had my own exterminator come spray my appartment for $50 and i never had another roach problem again and i was there for approx a year. i thought that Ms Jo was always kind and willing to work with any situation as long as you communicate with her about the situation. and ummm "gangs" of children??? there were no gangs... yes it is a kid friendly appartment complex, but i communicated and interacted with many of the neighbor children and they were all for the most part well behaved and nice children- even though there were many of them. i cant say i have anything bad to say about the complex and i enjoyed staying there.

Glad that you were able to avoid problems but the ones i listed here are just the main problems i had with this place. I could of written a book on the the things they did. From other reviews i've read it seems to me that they are not consistent with their service. maybe they just like a certain "kind" of person over others.
