Unjustified price increases From: LadyZoe Date posted: 12/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Sure my rent started in the mid $400's but now it's $525 plus a $10 pet rent. They still have yet to properly fix my AC/Heating. I have to keep my bathroom door open so the air can flow throughout the apartment/townhome. The lighting fixtures outside of the apartments are out, when I was working at night I didnt feel safe waling from my car to my apartment. The parking is awful. They have a tennis court and a basketball court that is not usable and they could either fix it up or tear it down to make new parking, but have done nothing with it. They take the time to fix up the front area to look nice, but they wont put in a sidewalk where everyone clearly walks where a fence had been put in and the side walk is on the other side. In front of my apartment whenever it rains the sidewalk becomes a lake. i have asked for stepping stones several times to no prevail. There are stepping stones at other places where it floods. On the other hand. The staff, athough they dont always seem nice, are willing to work with you if you are having problems with paying rent.
