Not happy at all... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I've lived in this complex since March of 2007. I had little to no problems and the ones I did have were quickly respolved. I choose it because of the good location, the quiet complex, security presence, and price. As a single woman I wanted a safe place with adequate lighting, so I could walk my dog and be safe coming in from the parking lot. Since the new management took over I have had nothing but problems. The day they took over the threats to lock me out of my home started, both times these threats were unfounded. They were based on LATE payments that were paid and not late at all, but instead of doign a little research they just write threatening letters. They refused to honor a credit offered by the previous management. For over two months I lived in a dark part of the complex and the lights were out. I complained and asked repeatedly to get these fixed, it wasn't until I finally decided to give notice of moving out that they fixed the issue. While in the process of remodeling and repaiting the place to look nicer, the security presence has all but dissapeared, the complex that was once safe and quiet is now brimming with the sounds of thumping music, loud yelling, laughing, fighting and the aroma of beer and pot is everywhere. When you complain or make requests the management gets very very rude with you. Their attatude is definetly one of we don't care. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE. Its cheap for a reason and in this case you definetly get what you pay for... If I could get out of my lease I would in a heart beat. I'd rather live with my parents then have to continue to live here!!!
